Regency Park Elementary School

Regency Park Elementary School, part of a fast growing community, was needed quickly to meet student environment growth. Lionakis proposed a combination of modular construction and plan re-use to meet the aggressive schedule demands of the project. The result was a custom design for Regency Park Elementary in record time. In fact, we completed the design and construction documents in 60 days. Using a “kit of parts” from the Lionakis portfolio and custom modular classrooms, the campus was delivered in less than 20 months from start to finish.
