Since 2014, Lionakis has been proud of our work and relationship with Chico Unified School District on a wide variety of projects including the completion of a modernization at Bidwell Junior High School, athletics stadium renovations at Chico and Pleasant Valley High Schools, as well as the master plan and recent completion of a new face for Shasta Elementary School. We are thrilled to be working with Chico Unified School District once again:

The Education Team was very happy to recently be awarded the modernization and strategic additions at McManus Elementary School. As elementary school enrollment is increasing in the area, the age of the facility and the current number of portables are a few factors impacting the schools’ functionality.  To enhance the underutilized campus, this project plans to add a multi-purpose room and additional building, a kindergarten space, as well as renovate classroom buildings, add an administration building, a new parking lot and a community plaza.

We are excited to continue to serve as a trusted advisor and partner to Chico Unified School District on this project and look forward to continuing to design a better future for the Chico community!
