This recently completed transformational project includes approximately 360 square feet of tenant improvements on the Fourth Floor of the existing Riverside Hospital.  Included in the remodel were the patient room, a restroom, and a vestibule. The patient room was converted from a two-patient Pediatric Patient Room to a Single-Patient Negative Pressure Isolation Room, and the adjacent vestibule was renovated into an Anteroom to serve the Patient Room. The transformation includes new casework, patch, repair flooring, ceiling, painting of walls, and new furniture.
