The smell of fresh cut grass, the sound of a ball hitting a bat and warmer nights can only mean one thing…summer (and baseball) is here! Lionakis staff along with family and friends gathered to kick off another summer season with our annual summer event – a night out at the Sacramento Rivercats game.

Everyone in attendance mingled in good company at the Home Run Terrace in left field for delicious barbeque and refreshments and to enjoy one of America’s favorite pastimes. The showdown of two minor league teams and rivals, the San Francisco Giants and Oakland Athletics affiliates, had game goers dressed in a sea of orange & black and green & gold.  After nine innings, the night ended in the Oakland Athletics affiliate, the Las Vegas Aviators, taking the win against the Sacramento Rivercats in a final score of 8-4. Another great evening outing at the ballpark was had by all!
