Claire Lilienthal K-8 Expansion

This project is an expansion of an existing elementary school and includes a permanent, new, two story classroom and gymnasium building to replace existing portables and allow the school to co-locate the middle school program on site. This project has a gymnasium and classrooms as well as two innovation labs. The interior corridors provide opportunity for extended learning space and the stairwells promote student gathering. This school is the first prototype for a zero net energy building for the San Francisco Unified School District.
