Clarendon Elementary School Addition

This Strategic addition and modernization replaces portables with a two-story classroom and library/media center building and modernizes the existing 1960’s three-story classroom building.

The new construction adds seven standard classrooms, a music room with dedicated storage and office space, a special education suite as well as associated restrooms and service space. Interim housing was also provided as construction took place on an occupied site. The modernization includes technology upgrades, boiler and HVAC control replacement, reconfigurations and aesthetic improvements in the multipurpose room, low voltage system upgrades, as well as a renovated kitchen.
