East Avenue Middle School

Lionakis created 21st century learning environments by replacing 65-year-old classroom buildings, modernizing existing classrooms, renovating an outdated administration building, and creating new outdoor spaces. Phase three of the project includes the modernization of an existing classroom wing and administration building as well as a newly designed quad.

The project also covers a full transformation of the parking lot and the ‘face’ of the school, through the addition of a simple screen wall and waiting areas to help give the school a safer drop-off and pick-up zone.
