City of El Segundo Window Replacement

Lionakis was brought on by the City of El Segundo to improve their aging City Hall. Window improvements may sound simple, but over the long term, this upgrade and investment in energy-efficient materials will save the City significant dollars.

New windows also provide the opportunity for increased security, daylighting, and weatherproofing. The three design options Lionakis developed included considerations for creating a cohesive modern style with anodized aluminum window frames, single and two-tone glass color options, and sunshade elements.
