Fire Station 15 Expansion

This project involved adding 1,380 square feet of badly needed space to an existing fire station on a very tight site. The program called for a new kitchen, improved sleeping quarters, and a communal dining and day room at Fire Station 15. Lionakis’ design features a new accessible path of travel from the public sidewalk to the station entry. Additional improvements consist of window replacements, new cement plaster exterior, door replacements, and new roof tile replacements. The project has received accolades from both firefighters and the public alike.
