George Kelly School

The George Kelly School is a K-8 school designed for 1000 students. Designed as a communications and media magnet program for the Tracy Unified School District, the campus encourages small group learning as well as student presentation and performance with classroom pods, resource spaces, science labs, kindergarten, administration, and a multi-purpose facility including a stage, media center and space for activities and lunch. To meet the project budget in a time of significant construction escalation, custom modulars were used for classroom spaces, while core facilities were completed using traditional construction.
