Humboldt State University, Science Building B, Lecture Hall and Cafe Renovation

This 5,570 square foot renovation project included two science lecture halls with 120 seminar seats and 72 theater seats, restrooms, a student cafe, and public spaces. The project scope further included accessibility (ADA) upgrades for seating as well as work on the ceilings, lighting, acoustics, and media. We provided design through close-out services. The project team produced design documents for construction, agency approvals, cost analysis, and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) coordination.
