The Center – Intense Lighting Products

We provided a feasibility study, and programming and planning through construction phase services for this 6,000 square foot tenant improvement at Intense Lighting in Anaheim, California. The project focused on showcasing the client’s award-winning, sustainable, lighting products. The project includes a large showroom, a fully integrated service area and bar, and a sharply designed lobby. The interior design boasts a custom slat ceiling/wall element that houses the LED lighting products. In the showroom resides a dual projector and the audio and visual system equipped for small or large gatherings. This space was designed for industry exhibitions and professional conferences and can accommodate up to 300 people. The showroom features informal and comfortable furniture, where you can sit and take notes from a keynote speaker, or lounge and converse with a drink from the expansive bar.
