Lionakis Irvine Office

The Lionakis Irvine office transformation demonstrates our ability to create dynamic workspaces within existing constraints. While adapting a standard 1990s office floor with 11-foot ceiling heights – a stark contrast to our Sacramento headquarters’ 32-foot vaulted ceilings – we implemented creative design solutions that maximize spatial impact while optimizing budget allocation.

We implemented a variety of strategic design decisions to improve the work experience for Lionakis’ employees, such as polished concrete floors in circulation areas paired with durable carpet tiles in work zones, and open unassigned workstations. These workstations are managed through a sophisticated hoteling system that promotes fluid team collaboration. Our modular design supports seamless expansion and has proven successful within our two years of occupancy.

The result is a distinctly ‘Lionakis’ environment that proves limitations can inspire innovation. Despite different architectural parameters from our headquarters, the space delivered a cohesive brand experience while meeting modern workplace demands through adaptable, forward-thinking design.
