We provided programming and planning through construction phase services for this 1,200 square foot renovation. The renovation consisted of turning three existing clean rooms into an open plan laboratory. The project team worked closely with the doctors on staff to provide a linear equipment layout that would allow for future growth of the laboratory. HVAC systems were updated and a power line conditioner was added to protect sensitive equipment. Additionally, an electrical busway was located in the center of the room to allow for flexibility in the quantity and location of research instruments.
