Modesto 6 Bay Expansion

The Kaiser Modesto project consists of the expansion of the existing Emergency Department into adjacent shelled space on the first floor of the Hospital building. Project elements include a Stand-Alone Observation Unit and 6 Observation Treatment Bays with associated nursing and support spaces. With a focus on designing a fully functional Emergency Department expansion that meets all OSHPD requirements, the Lionakis team was able to deliver the project under a tight timeline and strict budget.
