South Placer Fire Station No 19

Lionakis designed the new Fire Station #19 to a state of the art two-bay apparatus facility with highly durable and timeless materials. The new facility also includes administrative offices, sleeping quarters, exercise facilities, storage and various fire station support facilities.

Lionakis demolished the previous fire station and phased the construction of the new facility. In order to remain fully operational, Lionakis arranged a phasing plan that used temporary facilities to house fire personnel on site while also maintaining 24/7 facility operation.
