Plaza 555

Over the years Lionakis has renovated the lobby and the board room for Plaza 555.

The goal for the board room was to create a corporate boardroom that seamlessly connected to the new exterior rooftop deck for a inside/out experience. Full glass windows open to exterior deck for a spectacular view and overflow space. An entire full AV wall was incorporated for as presentation and entertainment tool. Abstract graphics were layered throughout the space that paid tribute to the client’s past projects.

The goal for the lobby was to provide an identifying point of entry and gathering place for users. Attention to detail and thoughtfulness was given to ensure the new addition is in context with the existing style of architecture. The new lobby addition provides nearly 7,000 square feet of new identity including a new restaurant.
