Polypeptide Industries GMP & ISO 7 Clean Room

We provided programming, laboratory planning and schematic design through construction phase services for this 975 square foot GMP, ISO 7 clean room and lyophilization production laboratory. The ISO 7 containment is in-and-out from the production area. The project includes an interstitial mezzanine and a separate roof structure platform for chiller, condensers and heat pumps. Additional services included construction cost estimating, design development, construction documents and observation, documentation of existing conditions and consultant coordination for Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering.
