Queen’s Medical Center 5th Floor

To keep up with the growing population of West Oahu, the 5th floor of the Queen’s West Hospital was renovated to add 24 single bed, medical-surgical patient rooms. The rooms are telemetry capable, with several rooms having fixed patient lifts to support the bariatric population. The additional beds will alleviate pressures in the overcrowded Emergency Department and other patient care units. The Hospital’s location affords scenic views of the surrounding mountains and ocean with distant views of iconic Diamond Head.
