Roseville Fire Station 1

As part of the adopted Downtown Specific Plan for Roseville, Fire Station No. 1 is being relocated and newly constructed. It features 3 drive-thru apparatus bays with a source capture exhaust system, battalion chief quarters and office, kitchen/dining area, day room, dorm area, laundry/medical storage, fitness room, shop space, and administrative offices.  The architectural style recalls the brick detailing of the City’s historic Fire Station No. 1. Lionakis’ scope of work included programming, design charrettes, and study of various design options, including solicitation and receipt of preliminary construction estimates from three contractors.
