We provided programming and planning through construction phase services for this globally recognized action sports footwear and apparel brand. The new 74,000 square foot corporate headquarters project in Lake Forest, California,  included a two-story, 24,000 square foot creative office facility, and a 50,000 square foot, three-level warehouse facility on 4.74 acres. The office areas include design studios and collaboration areas. The rotunda features retail vignettes of each product line with the executive offices overlooking from above. The warehouse utilizes a three-level storage and distribution mezzanine.
