This project includes a 130,000 square foot tower, six suite outpatient surgery center, 600 stall parking structure, central plant expansion and all necessary entitlements. Lionakis pursued the integration of seven key features in executing the campus site master plan: strengthening the ring road, pedestrian pathways, a central circulation spine, nursing tower connectivity and the separation of staff and member circulation.
