Sutter General Hospital Hybrid CVOR

This project consisted of the conversion of a shell space and a medical equipment and instrument storage room to a Hybrid CVOR room on the third floor of the existing Sutter General Hospital located at the Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento. The scope of the work was been broken down into seven increments that was delivered to OSHPD under a collaborative process. The intent of the division of increments was to release the contractor to start construction before the adjacent CVORs receive their first patient in August 2015 in order to minimize disruption as well as to reduce the OSHPD review time. This project was utilizing the Integrated Project Delivery process working with the Owner and the general contractor.
