UC Davis Midtown Clinic
The UCDHS Midtown Clinic Renovation included consolidating various primary and specialty care clinics into an existing 100,000 square foot three-story building. Although built originally for outpatient clinical use, many of the building systems required upgrading for the current medical practices including a new elevator, stairs, mechanical emergency generation and medical gas systems. The building is comprised of primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, neurology and GI clinics, as well as a sleep lab, GI specialty procedure suite and imaging and lab departments. Several departments were designed and built to OSHPD 3 standards.
