UCI Health Yorba Linda Infusion Clinic

This project involved the conversion of approximately 4,500 square feet of vacant retail space into a new OSHPD-3 Infusion Clinic for UCI Health. The adjacent space is also occupied by UCI Health and shares amenities with the new clinic, which was a key goal for the client. Other project goals included converting the vacant space into a functional and compliant clinic, designing to meet all programmatic and code requirements, including ADA accessibility, and utilizing the Design/Build project delivery method for efficient and collaborative execution.
