This project consolidates over 150 employees into one location through the renovation and remodel of the Davis Indoor Sports Center. Originally built as an indoor roller hockey rink, the building was transformed into the administrative home for UC ANR’s statewide programs.

Lionakis worked closely with ANR staff to implement the design concept for re-inventing the building, adding 9,600 square feet of a partial second floor mezzanine within the original rink structure to provide a combined area of just under 43,000 square feet, complete construction documentation, and construction administration services. Lionakis developed the tenant improvement plan, building interior finishes, and managed and submitted all documentation to achieve LEED CI Certification.
