Yolo County Youth Detention Facility

The Yolo County Juvenile Detention Facility provides essential juvenile detention services to the growing population of Yolo County. The structure primarily consists of two components—a 90 bed detention area and an administration area.

The project provides much needed support and rehabilitative programs that serve the wards and community in a safe, secure and non-threatening environment.
Yolo County was awarded a federal grant through a competitive selection process with the Board of Corrections. We helped organize the staffing schedule and were able to meet the workload and expedite the design development and construction documents by working closely with the Board of Corrections to gain approvals at each milestone to meet this accelerated schedule.
