Our Newport Beach Office is one of the many projects that exemplifies a unique office space that also has many sustainable features incorporated. The office achieved Silver in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). The design incorporates sustainable features, including daylighting, eco-conscious bamboo flooring, re-use of furniture, low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and a high level of recycled content in many of the specified materials. In addition, throughout the Firm we also recycle and strive to ensure we are limiting our waste. We also offer commuter benefits to encourage our team members to take alternative means of transportation to get to and from work (we also have a Wellness Program so riding your bike to work is a 2-for-1 win!)
